During the state visit by the Romanian President, His Excellency Ion Iliescu, in Denmark 16. - 18. march 2004, F.L.Smidth Airtech signed a memorandum of understanding (cooperation agreement) with the national Romanian Power corporation.

The agreement will strengthen the relationship between the Romanian Power Industry and F.L.Smidth Airtech, a supplier of know how for reduction of air pollution. The agreement was signed between the parties in the presence of His Excellency Ion Iliescu and other prominent people from Danish Industry.
