A New Customer Services Concept
FL Smidth Airtech have set up a service program to suit the customer's need for unproblematic operation of your APC equipment.The concept ensures that the plant meets the emission requirements set up by the authorities between the scheduled stops.
The service concept is made up so that the costs for maintenance are minimized.
The service is offered on three levels dependent on the extent of operation and maintenance done by the customer himself. The three levels are: 1.

1. Consulting Services:
FL Smidth Airtech makes one or more yearly service visits to the plant. Each visit includes a thorough inspection of the mechanical and electrical installations. A status report is made after each inspection describing the actions which should be taken. The customer himself or our local partner on request from the customer carries out the recommended necessary repairs.
 
2. Service and Maintenance:
FL Smidth Airtech makes a complete inspection of the mechanical and electrical installations.

FL Smidth Airtech and our local partner carry out the necessary mechanical and electrical adjustments. Spare parts, if necessary, will be taken from our mobile storage.

FL Smidth Airtech and our local partner also make the necessary repairs of e.g. corroded or deformed parts. The visit is concluded with a report describing the plant condition and the work done. Also, the report gives suggestions concerning matters which might have an impact on the process.
 
 
3. Full Service:
This is the most comprehensive level freeing the customer totally from operation and maintenance problems. In addition to the work included in level 1 and 2, we carry out a weekly/monthly check of the operation. Via a computer our engineer is able to follow variations of the plant operation and via the system history any future problems can be foreseen. The customer receives running information on the plant operation.
