D-R 300-40 dust monitor for emission control
The Durag D-R 300-40 dust monitor has been designed for emission monitoring of dust. The D-R 300-40 is especially applicable for measurements of low dust concentrations from emissions in i.e. waste incineration plants and power plants.
The optical parts and the electronics have been isolated from the flue gas with heated windows, IP65. This means that the optics and the electronics are not damaged in case the purge air fan fails. Besides, it is an advantage with the separating windows as use of fail safe shutters is not necessary unless the process temperature is above 250°C.
The monitor is equipped with automatic zero and span control as well as automatic soiling control. The monitor is of a simple construction and is easy to install without use of PC. The measuring ranges are from 0-1 to 0-100 mg/m3 dust. The monitor has been TÜV approved according to TA Luft, 13. and 17. BImSchV.
